Ask questions about the event

This year, SIC 2021 will be in person and digital. To participate in the biggest coffee meeting in Brazil, all you need to do is register online. Go to: ((https://sic.sigevent.com/visitantes/formularios.php?id_edicao=3). In 2021 there will be no physical accreditation system at Expominas. Follow the online accreditation steps and bring your printed credential. At Expominas, remove the plastic from the credential and the cord. Brazil ICW 2021 participants have a special discount to do Antigen Test against covid-19, in Belo Horizonte, at Rede Araujo de Drogarias and at Laboratórios Hermes Pardini. The tests will cost R$70. Just present proof of participation in the event (physical or digital credential) at the place where you want to do the test and you will receive the discount at the payment. The report with a negative result must be presented by those who wish to join cupping sessions during the three days of the event. The test presented will only be valid if done from 11/07 at any point in the Araújo and Hermes Pardini network. There will be no testing at Expominas.

• Access to the in-person event requires proof of - at least - 1 dose of vaccine for all visitors, exhibitors, suppliers. If you have not provided proof at the Online Accreditation or by the Exhibitors/Assemblers at CAEX/CAM, you must do so on the day you access the event at the entrance, presenting the covid-19 vaccination card (in original paper or via the ConnectSUS application). • Access to the event will not be allowed without proof of the vaccine (1 dose). • The security protocols defined by the organization, such as the use of masks, limited number of people identified in internal spaces and other protocols that are specified, must also be followed. •Rapid negative testing (up to 72h before the event) of covid-19 will be required for any participation in cupping sessions at the event. See accepted test types below. • Always check your email for new information about INTERNATIONAL COFFEE WEEK 2021.

• Tests will be checked daily within the event and exchanged for an access bracelet. Only necessary for those who are going to carry out cupping - coffee tasting. • The visitor who is going to do cupping must take the original printed test to present at the event. • Tests that will be accepted (take up to 72 hours before the event): • SARS-CoV-2 Nasal Antigen Rapid Test • SARS-CoV-2 Saliva Antigen Rapid Test • RT-PCR Covid

SIC is a business fair and for visitors with CNPJ. But if you don’t have a CNPJ and are interested in getting to know the coffee market, you are very welcome. The entry fee for SIC 2021 for those who don’t have a CNPJ is R$ 40.00 - just this price to enter the event for up to three days.

During SIC, visitors will have food options: • Restaurant: Traditional dishes service - the restaurant will follow security protocols and will be located in an area close to the entrance; • Food trucks: Several fast food options such as pasta, hamburgers and others Remembering: it's important to keep your distance at mealtime!

Expominas provides storage for its visitors. Lockers with keys for rental can be found in the event's entrance foyer (on the right side - look for the Rede Expo information desk). Size: 56 cm high X 41 cm wide X 72 cm deep Daily rate: BRL 20.00 Payment methods: credit and debit cards.

All SIC visitors will have a credential to access the event. Make your accreditation online and print your credential. At the entrance you will receive a plastic credential holder and a cord so you can use it. This way you will avoid queues and have quick access to the fair.

When completing your online accreditation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, don't worry. If you completed the registration, you are already accredited. Be sure to check your spam and junk mail box. To consult your data, change or register for a lecture or course, access the registration area using your email and password provided.

Several lectures, courses and workshops are free. To participate, register during accreditation and guarantee your place. Note: For free events, places are limited to the capacity of the rooms. Arrive early to secure your seat. Entry by order of arrival.

With the same online accreditation, you can access the digital event for free. The lectures and content will be available from November 10th to 12th, 2021.

The participation certificate is only issued after confirmation of attendance and will be available within 7 days after the event. Access the website and search for the Certificates button. You will need your email and password to download the file. The certificate will be issued for in-person and digital participation.

• Children under 18 can only enter the event with a responsible adult, upon signing the authorization available at the accreditation booths. Minors must undergo health screening accompanied by the responsible adult. • Mandatory vaccination for children over 12 years of age. Children under 12 are allowed to enter with a negative nasal antigen test or PCR, as there is no vaccine for this age group. In this case, the exam must be done in a pharmacy or laboratory within 72 hours before the event. View accepted exam types.
