The Cupping Rooms at the International Coffee Week serve as a true showcase of Brazilian coffee. This is where producers present their latest harvests, highlighting the diversity and quality of beans grown in the country.

Graders, buyers, and roasters have the opportunity to taste carefully selected samples, setting quality standards and opening space for deals that range from the domestic market to exports.

More than just a tasting space, the Cupping Rooms are a strategic environment for connection and networking: producers strengthen their visibility, buyers expand their portfolios, and the entire chain benefits from new partnerships and markets.

Integrated with the fair and in synergy with business matchmaking sessions, this space creates a unique platform for expanding networks and generating business opportunities on both national and international scales.

Traditionally, the Cupping Rooms also host the Coffee of the Year samples – a selection of 180 of the best arabica and canephora (conilon/robusta) coffees in the competition, from different producing regions of Brazil. This exclusive tasting allows national and international buyers to experience firsthand the diversity of origins and sensory profiles that make Brazil the world’s largest coffee producer.
