The 2026 International Coffee Week (SIC) will be held under the central theme “On the Eve of 300 Years of Coffee in Brazil: Building the Next Global Agenda.” In this context, the Symposium & Forum serves as a strategic space for knowledge sharing, dialogue, and the development of perspectives for the future of the Brazilian and global coffee industry.
Over two days, leaders, experts, researchers, and professionals from different segments of the coffee value chain, from Brazil and abroad, will come together to share knowledge, analyze scenarios, and discuss the challenges and opportunities that will shape the sector in the years ahead. The program offers a broad and interconnected view of coffee, addressing topics such as global markets and supply, climate change, sustainability, innovation, research, technology, production, consumption, logistics, energy, water, the bioeconomy, and new dynamics in international trade.

Day One – DNA Café Symposium
The DNA Café Symposium opens the program of International Coffee Week (SIC), bringing together experts, leaders, and renowned professionals from Brazil and abroad to discuss the key developments transforming the sector.
The program features lectures and panels on consumer trends, technology, innovation, markets, and business, connecting different segments of the value chain and bringing perspectives on the challenges and opportunities ahead for the coffee industry.
With simultaneous interpretation into English, the Symposium expands dialogue between Brazilian and international participants and reinforces SIC’s global character.
Day Two – Sustainable Coffee Forum
Established in 2014, the Sustainable Coffee Forum has become one of SIC’s leading platforms for discussing sustainability-related challenges and opportunities in the coffee sector.
The forum brings together leaders, producers, experts, companies, and organizations to share experiences and discuss innovative practices, more efficient production models, and strategies capable of strengthening the resilience of the coffee industry and contributing to a more sustainable future.
In 2026, the Forum will be aligned with SIC’s central theme, “On the Eve of 300 Years of Coffee in Brazil: Building the Next Global Agenda,” broadening the discussion on pathways toward a coffee industry prepared for the sector’s transformations.
