Coffee in Transformation – Innovation, Sustainability and Global Market Offering
The International Coffee Week 2025 takes place under the central theme “Coffee in Transformation – Innovation, Sustainability, and Global Market Supply.” Within this context, the Symposium and Forum are consolidated as the event’s most strategic spaces for reflection, bringing together leaders and experts to anticipate the next 10 years of Brazilian and global coffee growing.
Over two days, national and international professionals share knowledge, debate trends, and present solutions to the main challenges of the coffee chain. Discussions will be strongly connected to COP 30, highlighting how Brazilian coffee can contribute and position itself within the global climate agenda. Topics will also include global markets and supply, energy, logistics, water, supply chain, Latin America, research, irrigation, production, and bioeconomy – always with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Day 1 – DNA Coffee Symposium
The DNA Coffee Symposium opens SIC’s program with lectures and panels led by globally recognized experts. The space presents the main consumption, technology, and business trends, with simultaneous translation into English and open access to all accredited visitors.
Day 2 – Sustainable Coffee Growing Forum
Created in 2014, the Sustainable Coffee Growing Forum has already consolidated itself as one of the most relevant moments of SIC. The meeting brings together leaders, producers, and organizations to discuss innovative practices, more conscious production models, and necessary actions to guarantee the future of coffee in balance with the environment.
In 2025, the Forum will be directly connected to SIC’s central theme and the COP 30 agenda, deepening the discussion on the strategic role of Brazilian coffee in the face of climate change and the growing demand for sustainability in international markets.
